How to change Huntgroup or Call Queue call forwarding (Straight Forward No Ring)

Step-by-Step Call Queue Forwarding 
  1. Log in to the  RingCentral Admin Portal.
  2. Navigate to Phone System > Groups > Call Queues. 

  3. Click on the specific Call Queue you want to modify.
  4. Open the Call Handling & Members dropdown menu.
  5. Open the Call Handling & Members dropdown menu.
  6. Locate the Forward all queue calls feature.
  7. Call Forwarding becomes active once the toggle button is highlighted in blue.
