To reboot your phone, please follow the steps below:
- If you are using a corded phone, unplug the phone from the power outlet, wait for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.
- If you are using a cordless phone, remove the battery from the handset and unplug the power from the base unit. Wait for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then plug the base unit back in. Reinsert the battery into the handset, allow the phone to power on completely, and then test it.
