Rebooting the ATA box by following these steps:
Disconnect the power cable from the back of the ATA box.
On the front of the device, press the buttons located inside the white oval area to release the battery holders.
Carefully place your hand over both sides of the device while releasing the battery holders, as they may eject with some force.
Remove the battery holders completely and wait until all lights on the device turn off.
Reinsert the battery holders into the device. Please ensure they are fully removed before reinserting them so the locking mechanism can engage properly.
Reconnect the power cable to the back of the ATA box.
Allow a few minutes for the device to restart, then check whether the service has been restored.
