Knowing which ports to use is important so your phone will work properly

> Check the internet source - modem, firewall ,switch, LAN.

1. Plug the network cable from your internet source into the LAN portal on the phone.
2. Plug a network cable into the PC port on the phone and then plug the other end into your computer. 

NOTE : If the phone turns ON by plugging the Ethernet cord , then it is POE ( Power over ethernet)
